A Scottish nutritionist has shared a little-known hack to cook the "perfect poached egg" without vinegar or a big pot of boiling water.
Fraser Reynolds who hails from Bannockburn is urging poached egg fans to ditch the water and vinegar, instead opting for the air fryer with his special technique. The former PE teacher turned nutrition coach has taken to social media to demonstrate how he uses the popular kitchen tool. As reported by The Mirror, Fraser said an additional two small bowls of water need to be filled halfway with boiling water. Then place half a teaspoon of butter in each cup and place in the air fryer for two minutes at 170C temperature.
