Scotland fans caught wearing fake strips at Euro 2024 in Germany could be fined up to £4,000 due to anti-counterfeit laws.
He warned that Germany enforces anti-counterfeiting laws through the German Trademark Act which prohibits the distribution, sale, and possession of fake designer goods. The tops, which resemble the official kit produced by Adidas, were reportedly purchased online from a website in China for a cut-price fee of £15 compared to the £75 required to buy the real version.
