The Unison trade union has endorsed the latest offer by council chiefs.
School strikes have been called off after a trade union gave a positive response to a revised pay offer for council staff.
The action is part of rolling strikes by Unison members after the union rejected a pay offer from council umbrella group COSLA. "Backdating the full offer to April this year will see an improvement for four in ten local government workers.
