Saskatchewan Rattlers opened the 2023 Canadian Elite Basketball League season Wednesday with a 1090\u002D85 win at home over Vancouver Bandits.
“It was fun to see the Saskatchewan family coming out and supporting us. It was our first game, getting to know each other and still learning, but it was fun and a good experience for the guys.”
“It felt good because everybody was sharing success. You’re confident out there when you’re shooting the ball and guys are trusting people. Guys are getting the ball. Guys are shooting with confidence and, yeah, it started dropping — and we shot a lot.”, added 20 points and four assists.
