A 25\u002Dyear\u002Dold man was sentenced to seven years imprisonment on Tuesday for a 2020 kidnapping and violent robbery.

While he hadn’t found Severight guilty of attempted murder, with which he was originally charged, the judge said he was satisfied that the convicted man “could not have cared less” about what happened to the victim he left brutally beaten in a rural area.
