In only two weeks, the team developed a chatbot-based application using SAP and Qualtrics technology, with the goal of providing users with accurate real-time information on COVID-19 and personalized guidance on how to cope with the virus.
“In times of crisis, effectiveness of communication and reliability of information become paramount”, said Scott Russell, President of SAP Asia Pacific Japan.
