SAN JOSE — A person suspected in a 2023 shooting that killed a man has been arrested, police said Friday.Santa Clara County Fairgrounds employee charged with extorting security company
Officers arrested San Jose resident Pablo Davila-Martinez, 20, on Tuesday, on suspicion of murder, San Jose police Lt. John Barg said in a statement. Authorities booked Davila-Martinez into the Santa Clara County Jail.that happened about 9:50 p.m. in the area of Willow Street and Lelong Street. A woman also was wounded in the shooting, and police found her after arriving on the scene. She survived.
Police later found a man wounded in a homeless encampment. That person, whom authorities have not identified, died at the scene.
