Following their performances at the Grammys and the Brits, shocking footage has emerged of Sam Smith being screamed at in the streets of New York, where a woman branded them as 'demonic' and a 'paedophile'.
Raising her voice even further, she makes the sick unfounded allegation that ‘Sam Smith is a paedophile, grooming the kids, you sick motherf****r Sam Smith, you’re evil.’
The singer-songwriter did not respond to the heckles and continued walking, however at one point appeared to also be filming the person shouting at them. There is also a worrying rise in LGBT+ people, particularly trans and non binary people, being accused of grooming children, withagainst a Drag Queen Story Hour taking place in the Tate Modern.
In response, hundreds of people came holding trans Pride flags and signs reading, ‘Don’t let the far-right divide us’ and ‘Smash Fascism and Racism’ as part of a pro-LGBTQ+ counter-protest.Their Grammy performance days earlier was hit with accusations of ‘devil-worshipping’
