There is little wonder why politics is so rancorous in Washington.
With great dismay I read the great partisan divide over House bill 1808 regarding manufacture of assault weapons. While the bill had 217 yes votes, it had 213 no votes, of which 208 were Republican.
Is it any wonder there is a rancorous divide in our politics when one party can’t see the moral and ethical high ground? We lead the world in school shootings.
