Sabine's armor undergoes a change in Ahsoka.

This article contains spoilers for Ahsoka episodes 1 & 2.Sabine's Mandalorian costume has received a change in her Ahsoka appearance. Sabine was always seen with her hand-painted armor in Star Wars Rebels, aside from the occasional dress-up she had to play when infiltrating Imperials bases.
When Sabine first appears in Ahsoka, however, she isn't seen with her iconic Mandalorian armor. Instead, she wears a leather jacket much like Hera Syndulla's, embroidered with the Phoenix logo she had designed, amongst other things. Her armor isn't fully revealed to viewers until the end of Ahsoka episode 2, when she makes a heartfelt ritual of laying her armor out piece-by-piece and cutting her grown-out hair to make it compatible with her helmet once again.
Sabine's Mandalorian Armor Previously Had A Tribute To Ahsoka In Star Wars Rebels seasons 3 and 4, Sabine's pauldron contained a painting of the owl Morai as a tribute to Ahsoka. It was thought that Ahsoka had died in her duel with Darth Vader on Malachor, and painting Morai was Sabine's way of honoring their fallen friend and ally.
Sabine's Armor Now Has A Tribute To Ezra As pointed out by Jbandos on Twitter, Sabine's pauldron in Ahsoka has now been painted over with a purrgil as a tribute to Ezra. He was, like Ahsoka, presumed dead after the purrgil had whisked both him and Grand Admiral Thrawn away during the liberation of Lothal.
