Dmitry Kiselyov is the latest of Vladimir Putin’s propagandists to have issued an ultimatum to both the UK and US. The presenter warned that if a Western power deploys soldiers on the ground in Ukraine to ‘inflict a strategic defeat on Russia’, it would result in an Armageddon.
