, alleging she gave him a statuette in his likeness containing explosives, in the second apparent bomb attack targeting pro-war figures on Russian soil since last year’s invasion of Ukraine. The country’s Investigative Committee said in a statement that it had detained Darya Trepova on suspicion of carrying out the Sunday attack in a cafe in the city center where the blogger, Maxim Fomin, was giving a talk. More than two dozen people were injured in the attack, authorities said.
