Rumored James Bond contender Jamie Dornan shares his theory about online 007 fan casting, downplaying his own potential selection for the role.
Jamie Dornan, one of the top contenders to take over the coveted role of James Bond, has shared his thoughts about the rampant online speculation regarding his potential casting. Set to star in the upcoming Netflix spy thriller Heart of Stone opposite Wonder Woman’s Gal Gadot, Dornan’s name has regularly been espoused as a potential replacement for Daniel Craig following 2021’s No Time To Die.
"I’ve been in that conversation for a good couple of years now. Sometimes I’m more in that conversation than other times. It tends to be if you have a movie coming out. I imagine that if people are making noise about [Heart of Stone] when it comes out on Netflix, and hopefully lots of people are watching it, then you enter that conversation again in a bigger way than you were before the movie came out. If people want to have your name, that’s cool.
