Royal tailor: 'If there was a fight over Princess Charlotte's bridesmaid dress, I didn't see it'
Ajay Mirpuri, who was asked to alter ill-fitting dresses before the May 2018 marriage of Prince Harry to Meghan Markle, said weddings are always"stressful" and the Sussexes' was"no different" but if there had been an argument, he was not witness to it.
Mr Mirpuri has vented frustration about why the alterations and the surrounding supposed argument have become the focus, rather than how"fabulous" the dresses looked on the wedding day.He and a team of three others worked for three consecutive days at Kensington Palace and Windsor Castle until 4am each morning as they mended the dresses, which had been hand-sewn from measurements taken at a single fitting.
