Rocky River United Methodist Church hosted the event, partnering with the nearby Beachcliff Market Square shopping center to share parking lot spaces for visitors. Zora Mihalic, 10, hands out her Kindness Club bracelets while standing next to her grandfather's classic car during the Cruising River Car Show Sunday.“He has been supportive and has seen the value of the car cruise as an outreach to connect with our community, just as we have concerts for the community, for example,” Parry said.
