Trader Joe’s has had to recall four products this week because they may contain rocks or insects.

Trader Joe’s “Fully Cooked Falafel,” “Almond Windmill Cookies” and “Dark Chocolate Chunk and Almond Cookies” may contain rocks, while the store’s “Unexpected Broccoli Cheddar Soup” may contain insects, the company said.All affected products have been removed from store shelves, the company added.In what part of the process these contaminations occurred.
The recall notices for all four products explained the company was “alerted by our supplier” of the contamination, suggesting it could’ve occurred at a third-party facility contracted by Trader Joe’s.
