According to the Federal Aviation Administration, three people were aboard the balloon when it crashed. Two of them suffered minor injuries. The balloon was attempting to land in a field when strong winds pushed it into a power line, according to preliminary information released by the Rochester Police Department.

people have miraculously escaped serious injury after a hot air crashed into a power line and sparked a brush fire in the US. The balloon was blown into electrified cables while trying to land in a field in Minnesota on Wednesday evening, causing part of it to ignite. Footage shows the basket appearing to snap off from the inflated canvas before plunging to the ground. Meanwhile, sparks from the ignition fell onto nearby vegetation and caused a minor wildfire.
