A Maryland property firm is working on plans to convert a Richardson hotel into apartments.
The 25-year-old low-rise hotel has four buildings on the west side of U.S. Highway 75 at Fall Creek Drive. are under construction in North Texas, there is still a shortage of well-located rental properties in some local markets. The real estate firm plans to spend $5.25 million to convert the Richardson hotel into rental units. The renovated property will operate under Blue Ocean’s Trellis Apartments brand.The extended-stay hotel currently has a combination of studio and one-bedroom units.
