Forget chocolates and flowers, what you really want this Valentine's Day is a new bike. Like the Revel Tirade.

Click to email a link to a friend Valentine’s Day. A day of flowers, chocolates, cards, and… titanium hardtails? Why not? Whether a gift for your sweetie or just for yourself, the newest bike in the Revel fleet is a beautiful titanium hardtail that might just steal your heart.

Like the Why Cycles and Revel Ti bikes before it, the Tirade is built utilizing cold-formed 3/2.5 titanium tubing with 6/4 titanium used for the headtube, BB shell, and dropouts. In this case, those dropouts are sliding UDH dropouts that offer 17mm of chainstay length adjustment. That opens up the ability to easily convert the Tirade to single speed, though it seems like this time there is no split for belt drive use.

Featuring progressive geometry designed around a 140mm travel suspension fork, the frame includes shorter seat tubes to along for long dropper post use. Key figures include a 74º effective seat tube angle, 64.7º head tube angle, and 467mm reach for a large. Tirades will be offered in Small through XXL sizing with a 522mm reach on the XXL .

Tirades run 29″ wheels front and rear, with a claimed frame weight of 2,290g for a large. Frames feature internal cable routing, a threaded bottom bracket, and IS 42/52 integrated headset.Shorter seat tubes with long insertion depths to run longer dropper postsPrices start at $2,499 for a frame only and $5,199 for a complete GX Eagle Build. There are also Shimano XT, SRAM XO Eagle Transmission, and XX Eagle Transmission builds, which top out at $9,599.
