A vacant former Topshop unit could finally get a lease of life.
The unit has been empty since the previous owners of Topshop went into administration in 2020. The brand is now sold via the online retailer ASOS.
A decision on the planning application is expected by August 18 and the last date for comments is July 7. Holland and Barratt was founded in 1870 and have over 1,300 stores in 16 countries. In Glasgow, the retailer has units on Queen Street, Byres Road, Kilmarnock Road and Sauchiehall Street. They are also found in Glasgow Fort, Silverburn, Parkhead Forge and Buchanan Galleries.
