It is spearheaded by MasterChef: The Professionals winner Laurence Henry
It's a year today since a fine dining restaurant, spearheaded by MasterChef: The Professionals winner Laurence Henry, opened. Since then 22,000 diners have been through the doors of Cleaver & Wake.
The moreish dessert, Grandpa’s coffee ice cream, a luxurious Kahlua coffee ice cream, with a chocolate coffee crumb and pecan tuille was created in honour of Laurence’s late grandfather. Since its launch, Cleaver & Wake has not just wowed diners - its stunning events space, Upstairs at Cleaver & Wake, has also played host to an array of glittering events and weddings - a total of 141 this year ranging from product launches and company celebrations, to high profile celebrity baby showers and special occasions.
