Football and food go hand in hand but inspectors threw the penalty flag after a recent inspection during a Jaguars-Raiders game on Nov. 6 where inspections turned up more violations than touchdowns.
Inspectors looked at 29 concession stands and found 129 violations including two dead rodents, 159 rodent droppings and seven concession stands that were operating with an expired license.
