The developers said the building 'desperately needs attention and money spent on it'
Residents on a road in Nottingham have been speaking about plans to transform an old vacant building . The plans are for the conversion and change of use of the Sneinton Hermitage Community Centre to 15 supported living flats .
"If they are building 15 flats, we won't have anywhere to park. Usually, we struggle to park because people who work in the town centre, they park here, they go to town and the people who live here, it's hard for them to find a parking space. "It's just horrible. Everything is horrible. Mainly the fly-tipping, it's disgusting. The council pick up all the rubbish for nothing because it's all back on the streets instantly."
