Registered sex offender and his wife charged with possession of child porn in Berks County

A Berks County couple has been arrested after an investigation revealed they were both in possession of child porn, according to the Berks County District Attor

ney.

A release from Berks County DA states that the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children informed the Berks County Detective's Office of several digital files potentially containing child porn being uploaded to a KIK messenger account. Police say they were previously aware of her husband Dennis Deiter Jr. who was charged with possession of child porn back in 2017 and sentenced to 6-23 months in jail in 2019. He has been a registered sex offender since 2021, police report.
