After being told she was no longer under contract for AT&T U-verse, the Redwood City resident received a bill for internet service - and numerous collection notices for the next three years. Frustrated and with no resolution, she contacted 7 On Your Side for help.
Instead, she said she received over the next three years numerous collection notices.
One came from a company known as Franklin Collection Service. Another came from Radius Global Solutions. Still another from I-C System."It was the principle. I did not owe them. I had been told I was not under contract and I just felt like I did not owe it," Dorsett said."Was I scared? No. I was determined I was not going to pay it," she said.&T's president's office telling her the bill would be zeroed out.
