For a rapper whose life consists of being on the road, his diet is actually pretty simple. Ferg tries to stay away from all the carbs and chooses to eat leaner cuts of meat, whether it be turkey bacon, chicken, or salmon. Sometimes, if he’s feeling “a little freaky,” he’ll choose to eat some mussels. As for the things that you willfind in Ferg’s fridge: lard, cakes, candy, or pastries.
