Rangers are set to appoint Philippe Clement as their new manager, talkSPORT understands.Clement is set to be the new Rangers managerFinal interviews took place after Clement and Muscat had been identified as the two leading candidates to replacement Michel Beale.
Clement spent 18 months at the club but a disappointing Ligue 1 campaign, where they finished sixth, cost him his job. Former Millwall and Wolves defender Muscat spent one season at Ibrox as a player during the 2002/03 campaign, clocking up 22 appearances for the Gers.
