Rangers fans were all saying the same thing after Northern Ireland Under 21 star Ross McCausland was denied a dream first goal for the club on Sunday.
Rangers boss Philippe Clement continued to show his faith in McCausland by naming the young wide man in his starting XI.McCausland had previously featured in Rangers' last four league games, coming off the bench against St Mirren, Hibernian, Hearts and Dundee. He was also used against Sparta Prague on Thursday night.
But his celebrations were soon soured when a VAR check picked up a foul from teammate Abdallah Sima in the build-up. After watching further replays, Miller said: "I suppose he does gain an advantage, so it's the right call. But I do think it is soft."One supporter said on X : "Unlucky Ross, you are going to score loads, so keep going..."Dougie said: "Since our soft penalty was awarded we have had a clear handball in the box denied and now a perfectly good goal ruled out. That is a shame for the young lad. What a finish it was too.
