Football Insider has been told by Alan Hutton that Steven Davis is the perfect person to take charge of Rangers whilst they find a new boss.
Hutton suggests how Rangers stars will react to rookie Steven Davis taking over, former Gers defender Alan Hutton insisted the players will all get behind Davis because of his legendary status at the club.
Michael Beale was relieved of his duties following a 3-1 defeat to Aberdeen on Saturday which came after a string of disappointing performances. that former player and club legend Davis will take over as interim manager and be joined by a team of backroom staff including Alex Rae, Steven Smith, Brian Gilmour, and Colin Stewart.The pressure that he has obviously been put under and now as interim manager.
