• J.D. Power vient de classer les meilleurs sites web des constructeurs automobiles. Ceux de Ram et Alfa Romeo arrivent en tête.
Si vous vous êtes déjà prêté à l’exercice, vous savez que l’expérience est inégale d’un fabricant à un autre. Avec certains, le processus est très convivial alors qu’avec d’autres, il ne nous donne qu’une seule envie : aller magasiner ailleurs. Selon la méthodologie de J.D. Power, le maximum de points possibles pour chaque fabricant est de 1000. Dans le segment haut de gamme, Alfa Romeo arrive en tête avec 755 points, soit 6 points de plus que BMW, 10 de plus qu’Infiniti, 14 devant Jaguar et 18 au-dessus de Porsche. Volvo et Audi traînent de la patte avec 689 points, derrière Genesis , Tesla et Cadillac . La moyenne du segment pour les marques de luxe est de 724 points.
