Authorities released a chilling new video along with images and a description of a man they believe murdered Rachel Morin, a Maryland mother of five who left for a jog two weeks ago but never returned.
Morin, 37, was reported missing by her boyfriend Richard Tobin on Aug. 5, several hours after her 6 p.m. jog at a popular trail in Bel Air, Maryland. Her body was discovered the following day and Harford County authorities said there was"no doubt" her death had been a"violent homicide.
Davis said the unidentified man was Hispanic, in his mid-20s, and weighed approximately 160 pounds. He added that investigators believe the man acted alone and "does not represent the entire Hispanic community of Harford County, who we are now partnering with to identify this suspect." "I think now it leads us down the path that we believe this was a person that Rachel probably didn't know," Davis added."Potentially a random act of violence."
