Officer Jordan Jackson was killed in the line of duty after a vehicle struck his motorcycle last month. A long caravan of law enforcers, civic leaders, and his family will honor his service by leading a procession in east Bellevue on Tuesday.
Members of Officer Jackson’s family and Bellevue Police vehicles will arrive at the Meydenbauer Center and Bellevue City Hall to end this portion of the procession, according to BPD. All other vehicles in the procession will continue to the assigned parking at the South Bellevue Transit Center by the following route.North on Bellevue Way, arriving at the South Bellevue Transit Center
Expect temporary closures along the procession’s route for up to 15 minutes at a time, as well as extended road closures near Meydenbauer Center.
