Pro-Palestine protesters blocked the entrance of a factory in Edinburgh today over their alleged supply of defence equipment to Israel.
Police raced to Leonardo on Crewe Road North at around 6am on Wednesday, May 8 after reports of the activists clad in black lying on the floor in front of the entrance. Multiple police vehicles and dozens of officers were spotted outside of Leonardo, who specialise in aerospace, defence and security, as they respond to the ongoing protest.
It's alleged the pro-Palestinian protestors targeted the factory due to its assumed part in the supply of defence equipment to Israel, reports Edinburgh Live.
