Living in the health-conscious California, it's no wonder that Prince Harry has a specially curated team of wellness experts helping him feel his best self.

The Duke of Sussex hasn't openly spoken about any struggles with back pain but having suffered several polo injuries over the years, Dr Carraway could have been helping him with this as he was based at Harry's London KX Gym.
Meghan Markle has previously praised the work of Ross having used his acupuncture method as a treatment for migraines, something Harry has suffered from. With a studio in Kensington, Harry is thought to have been a regular visitor when in lived in London. In the past, the personal trainer has also worked with polo teams which could be an extra benefit for Harry as he continues to play the sport in the states.
