"Temperatures will remain well below normal, with areas freezing conditions Tuesday through Thursday morning," according to the National Weather Service. Gusty northeast winds may affect portions of Los Angeles and Ventura counties through Wednesday but will be strongest on Tuesday.
The valleys and Inland Empire will see similar conditions, with a high of 62 degrees and a low of 38.
