About 25 firefighters from the Oakland Fire Department responded to the blaze at a PG&E substation near the Oakland Coliseum
PG&E’s outage map showed an outage that began at about 12:59 p.m. Sunday affecting 54,076 people across a broad swath of East Oakland and the Oakland Hills. The outage map said that power was expected to be returned to residents at about 3:30 p.
