Atomic Lab at the National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories, Boston seeks a Postdoctoral Fellow with a background in data science and bioinformatics. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing technologies utilizing AI and data-driven approaches for human immune response monitoring, disease prediction, and identification of protective responses for infectious diseases, particularly COVID-19 and influenza.
Strong track record of productivity, as evidenced by first-author publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals. Proficient use of R language, alongside machine learning and AI, with extensive experience in data analysis.
