The third indictment of former President Donald Trump, for the events leading up to Jan. 6, 2021, says he was not misinformed or delusional. Prosecutors have many examples of times Trump was told his election claims were false.
6, 2021, is that Trump knowingly repeated false information, then leveraged those lies into actions aimed at overturning the 2020 election.
"The Defendant, his co-conspirators, and their agents made knowingly false claims that there had been outcome-determinative fraud in the 2020 presidential election," thesays.
