Cameron Parkinson has the nickname 'Ingol Tash'
Police have warned members of the public not to approach a man who is wanted in connection with a kidnapping in Preston city centre.
Preston Police confirmed that Farley, 22, was arrested yesterday on suspicion of kidnapping and remains in custody for questioning. Parkinson, who has the nickname 'Ingol Tash', has not yet been located and officers have now renewed their appeal for information.He is described as 6ft 1ins tall, of slight build with balding dark hair and blue eyes. People are asking that he "isn’t approached" if spotted and to call the police instead.
