BURBANK — A shooting involving Burbank police was reported Saturday in a Burbank Home Depot parking lot.
NBC4 reported the shooting at 5 p.m. at the Home Depot at 1200 Flower St., east of the Golden State Freeway, and later reported that it happened around 4 p.m. Burbank police tweeted “Burbank Police are conducting an investigation following an officer-involved shooting in the parking lot of Home Depot . There is no active threat to public safety in the area, but the parking lot and nearby roadways will remain closed until further notice.”
Later, myBurbankNews reported one person was wounded in the shooting and taken to a hospital for treatment.
