Bethune was shot around 3:26 p.m. near East Jackson Street and South Court Street on Sept. 11, police said., where he died around 3 p.m. Monday. An autopsy found he died from multiple gunshot wounds. Police say a silver 2020-2022 Nissan Sedan is connected to the case. The vehicle has tinted windows and “moderate damage” to the front of it.
