A murder probe has been launched after the horror discovery at Kersal Wetlands
Police are searching for other body parts after 'discovering a torso wrapped in plastic' in a Greater Manchester nature reserve, the Manchester Evening News understands.
Despite investigations, detectives are not expecting the examination to reveal a cause of death because the full body has not been found. Police currently believe the remains had been there for 'a matter of days' before the horror discovery. An evidence tent was erected within the scene as Crime Scene Investigators in white suits were seen conducting enquiries into the horrific discovery. No arrests have been made.
