POLICE Scotland have blamed a “frozen laptop screen” after sharing a tweet supporting Scottish independence on their official Twitter/X…
The First Minister said in a video posted by the BBC that Scotland was “suffering” due to not being independent.
They said:"I can advise you that a staff member intended to retweet a Scottish Government post relating to issues with the 999 call service.
