The scooter was taken while it was parked up outside a supermarket
The scooter was parked up outside a supermarket in Elizabeth Street when it was taken on October 21. As part of their ongoing investigation police have now released some CCTV stills of a man they want to speak to in connection with the theft.
The man, who is bald, was wearing a red jacket with a fur-lined hood with black tracksuit bottoms and black trainers. Anyone who recognises him is asked to call police.In a statement issued on Facebook, Blackpool Police said: "We are looking to speak to the person in the images regarding a theft of mobility scooter.
"The theft occurred on Elizabeth Street, Blackpool on 21st October 2023. An image of the mobility scooter stolen is also attached. "Any information of who the male is please ring 101 quoting log reference number LC-20231021-0392 or alternatively, send an email to [email protected]"
