He will appear in court in May.
Benjamin Belsham, 26, was arrested by West Yorkshire Police's North West Leeds Neighbourhood Policing Team on Monday, March 6 and was charged with five counts of indecent exposure which the force says are in relation to incidents in Hawthorn Road, Yeadon, between February 11 and February 21 this year.
Mr Belsham, of Broadgate Drive in Horsforth, will appear at Leeds Magistrates' Court on May 12 this year. A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "He is under bail conditions not to contact any of the complainants and not to enter Hawthorn Road, Yeadon. Exposure offences can cause considerable impact on victims and concern within our communities and we will continue to pursue perpetrators, in line with our ongoing commitment to tackling violence against women and girls."
