The man has been left with life-changing injuries
Lancashire Police have launched an appeal for witnesses after a collision left a pedestrian seriously injured.
The victim suffered a serious lower leg injury and had to be taken to hospital for treatment. However, the driver of the car, a man in his 30s from Nelson, did not sustain any injuries. Now, police are appealing to the public for any information. They are looking for witnesses and dashboard-mounted camera footage that could help with their enquiries.
