Police hunting Morecambe man with half ear missing in connection with attempted murder
Police are appealing for help to find a Morecambe man with half of his right ear is missing who is wanted in connection with an attempted murder.
Officers also want to speak to Mark Harrington in connection with common assault and criminal damage offences.. The force said they are 'concerned' about the 36-year-old's and would like to ask anyone who sees him or knows where he might be to contact police as soon as possible. Mark is described as around 5ft 4inch tall, of muscular build with short dark hair. When he was last seen, he was wearing a bright orange t-shirt, black trousers and trainers.In a statement today accompanied by a picture of Harrington, force spokesperson said: "This is Mark Harrington, 36, from Morecambe. He is wanted in relation to attempted murder, common assault and criminal damage offences.
"While we would like to speak to him in connection with the above, we are also concerned about his welfare and would like to ask anyone who sees him or knows where he might be to contact police as soon as possible. Mark is described as around 5ft 4inch tall, of muscular build with short dark hair. "Half of his right ear is missing. When he was last seen, he was wearing a bright orange t-shirt, black trousers and trainers. If you have information, contact 101 quoting the log number 1036 of 11 February 2023.
