Police say they are 'concerned for the welfare' of a teenage boy who has not been seen for five days.
Rossendale Police said they don’t have a description of what Fabian was last seen wearing at this time. In an appeal issued this afternoon officer said they have made numerous enquiries to find teenager, who has links to Aldershot in Hampshire and London, and are now asking for the public's helpA force spokesperson said: "Have you seen 17-year-old Fabian who is missing from Rawtenstall? Fabian was last seen in the Haslingden Old Road area at around 9.
