Authorities are in pursuit of a motorcycle in Los Angeles County. We're live from up in SkyFOX.
The pursuit began around 9:20 a.m. after the motorcyclist failed to yield in West Los Angeles, the California Highway Patrol said.
The pursuit initially began on the 405 Freeway near the Los Angeles International Airport before the suspect traveled northbound toward Santa Monica. The suspect then led authorities to Centinela Avenue where he got back on the 405 Freeway, got back on the 10 Freeway, and then merged onto the 5 Freeway in downtown Los Angeles.The high-speed pursuit is currently underway on the 5 Freeway in the Santa Fe Springs area, where the suspect has reached a speed of up to 125 mph.
