Sadly two people were found dead at the property

The PSNI has released few details of the incident and say that the man detained has now been released on police bail.

In a short statement issue on Sunday, a PSNI spokesman said: “Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the sudden deaths of two people at a house in the Annadale Crescent area of Belfast on Saturday, 4th February. “One man in his 40s has been arrested in relation to the investigation, and has since been released on police bail to allow for further police enquiries. There are no further details at this time.”

According to reports the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service and NI Fire and Rescue Service also attended the scene. In a subsequent statement issued by police on Sunday afternoon, a spokesman said: "A post mortem has taken place and the deaths are not being treated as suspicious at this time."For all the latest news, visit the Belfast Live homepage here.
